“Commitment unlocks the doors of imagination, allows vision, and gives us the "right stuff" to turn our dreams into reality.” ~ James Womack
In everything one sets out to do, he or she should always strive to be committed; for, this plays an important role, in the value of his or her accomplishments.
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When one is interested in doing something, he or she does it only when conditions permit; however, when one is committed to something, he or she accepts no excuses, only results.
During one's lifetime, he or she have made commitments that they have not kept; consequently, they are considered to be so unreliable, that hardly anyone wants to correlate with them.
"Commitment turns a promise into reality with words that speak boldly of your intentions and actions that speak louder than words." ~ Steve Brunkhorst
Prospects make promises to entrepreneurs all the time ~ that they’ll either purchase products or join his or her businesses; hence, many prospects come up with excuses and no commitment. It's better for prospects to be honest from 'day one' than to build ones hopes and not been committed.
Entrepreneurs, on the other hand, make promises, that one will make money as soon as he or she joins their business; that doesn't always happen. It is better to be honest upfront, than to build ones hope and not been committed.
“It was character that got us out of bed, commitment that moved us into action and discipline that enabled us to follow through.” ~ Zig Ziglar
