The heart is situated on the left side of the body and is enclosed in a tough ,fibrous wrapping called the pericardium.
Each heart is divided in to four chambers
The left and right half of the heart is divided by wall called septum.
Each half in turn is divided in to upper chamber article and lower chamber ventricle.the article receives blood from the veins and ventricles pump blood in to the arteries.
Heartbeat is a contraction and relaxation mechanism of the ventricles.
Heartbeat is about 70_72/min
in males and 78_82/min in females.
The contraction of ventricles is called systole and relaxation is called systole.
The heart beats more than 2000 million times and pumps
more than 500 million litres of blood.
The circulation of blood is regulated by the heart.
The right auricle recieves blood from a large vein and left article recieves blood from large lungs.
The circulation of blood in body is regulated by heart.
The right auricle recieves blood from a large vein and left auricle recieves blood from lungs.
Heart does the following functions.
a. Supplies pure blood to all parts of the body
b. Collect impure blood from
c.pumps impure blood in to lungs for purification.
d.collects pure blood from the lungs.
Heart and blood vessels are concerned with circulation in human body.
Blood vessels consists of
Thick walled tubes carrying pure blood from heart to tissue.

Circulation of the blood vessels.
The heart of the blood vessel are concerned with blood circulation in human body.
Think walled tubes carrying pure blood from heart to tissue at high pressure.
The elastic aorta which begins at the heart and is approximately 2.5cm in diameter is the largest artery in a human body.
The smallest arteries are known as arterioles which begins at the heart and is approximately 2.5 diameter is the largest artery in human body.

b Veins Thin_walled tubes that collect impure blood from the tissues and carry the same to the heart for purification in the lungs.
Veins have valves to prevent the backward flow of blood which is carried at low pressure.
Pulmonary artery is the only artery that carries impure blood to the lungs from the heart.
Pulmonary vein is the vein which carries pure blood to the heart from the lungs.
To be supplied a head To the entire body tissues. Both pure and impure blood are forced in two ventricles by contraction of the same.
The pure blood from left ventricles goes into large aorta while impure blood from the right ventricles goes in to the pulmonary artery.
Thus the aorta takes blood of various part of body.
When ventricles relax the auricle are again filled with the blood and the same process is repeated.
Precautions of heart patients.
1.when person feels pain in heart lay down at the same place and after 5 minutes take a cup of juice or cup of warm water.
2.lay down again for 15 minutes.soak a cotten in the mixture of warm
Water and 2to3drops of dettol and applied on the same place where is pain .The effective system of pain relief
3 .in case of major attack go to hospital take a E.G.C .If there is any break down of circulation of blood of heart then take a medicine and precautions.
Take a nutrient died
Take a food with oil .Without oil food is very dangerous for patients of heart
5.drink one teaspoon of oil every morning and evening just like a medicine
6.one cup of juice and soup on every alternative day is the ist diet of the heart patients.
8.for further precautions take a diet chart from doctor or concern specialist of heart in any place.
