Today, this changes because I'll teach you how to effectively set and reach your 2019 goals... And it's super fast and easy.
Focus on just one goal for each of the four areas of life—health, wealth, social, and personal enrichment. Make sure each goal is specific. Losing 10 lbs is more specific than losing weight.
Pick a 90-day deadline alongside one specific goal for each of above areas of your life that is most important to you. Then outline three major actions steps for each specific goal. That's all there is to it and it's the magic formula to create a better life in 2019.
