Thanks for stoppin' by the ole profile here.  I still haven't figured IBOT out yet. But thanks for the likes and such.  Not sure how to reciprocate but once I'm rested and feeling better I'll put some time in on that.

Again, thanks to everyone who's stopped by, commented or dropped off cookies, well I can hope for cookies, can't I? -  ;{)

btw - it's Girl Scout Cookie time in the USA - Please buy a box or ten! I have nieces in Girl Scouting and I see the positive things they gain from it. Thanx.

Later Alligators,

Ya know, I'm kinda stubborn. I like to do what I like to do. And I really do enjoy being outside,  climbin' on houses, figuring out what's what.  Other people can do the work, the actual repairs, I like doing the "diagnostics," as the car guys would say.  I'm a human OBD reader for houses!

It's winter here in Colorado btw, we had 4 to 6 inches of snow this morning too. But yesterday was kinda nice, I loaded the big ladder up and went and looked at funky flat roofs on condos built in 1979.  (Flat roofs where it snows any amount are so stupid, but that's another rant!)  Four floors up, a little breeze blowin', the sun was out, I was enjoyin' Monday.

Have I mentioned that the past week or so I felt like I might be catching a cold? Yeah, I didn't think much of it. Until this morning, F***! I couldn't catch my breath, woke up early gasping for air. What in name of Yosemite Sam was going on?  Called my Doctor, she couldn't see me 'til the afternoon, I went to the ER.  I've got double communal pneumonia. Dang! fyi =  double meaning both lungs, communal meaning I didn't catch it in a hospital, both new terms to me.  Anyhow I am gonna be fine, but stay in bed for a week? [alone. ;{) ! ha,ha ]
I am bored already.  I mentioned balance in a comment I made yesterday.  And now, what was my point?  Time to go back to sleep!  I might have some ramblin' posts rollin' this week....

"There are many ways of going forward, but only one way of standing still."

33 years ago Robert G Allen (author of Nothing Down) made this challenge to any media outlet:

“Send me to any unemployment line. Let me select someone who is broke, out of work and discouraged. In two days' time, I’ll teach them the secrets to wealth. And in 90 days they’ll be back on their feet with $5,000 cash in the bank, never to set foot in an unemployment line again.”

The Mayor of St Louis took him up on that offer, and the results became the basis for Robert's next book, "The Challenge."
I'm proud to have accompanied Robert Allen on that trip to St Louis. He thought my story might inspire the people he chose from the unemployment line. And he included my story in his book "The Challenge."

Robert Allen recently rereleased that book, now entitled "The Road to Wealth." You can read it for free on pdf if you simply click here

Just a slightly different twist for promoting/selling/giving away the "stuff/thing" of the moment. But ya get some free credits & you might be the first on your block to...
