You probably won't be surprised to learn that the winning affiliate marketing strategy involves getting as much targeted traffic to your affiliate products as possible.
And getting enough traffic starts with choosing a product or service that is guaranteed to generate interest and then to convert into sales.
One part of an effective affiliate marketing strategy is making sure that you leverage off of the merchant's time and effort that have been put into their product or service.
Here I'm speaking about Clickbank, JVZoo,as well as Independent merchants.
Also, we'll orient this to the home based business/affiliate marketing niche suppoting primarily digital products.
Obviously, an experienced and skilled merchant will know that the more their affiliates are selling, the more they'll earn.
Therefore, they'll continue to test and tweak the product's or service's sales page to make it into a the most compelling offer possible that makes it hard for people to refuse once they land on the page.
Notice here that the strategy is to build the offer and keep building the offer until it's hard for people to say no.
Many digital product makers were online affiliates, so they understand how to constantly tweak a digital product.
Sales pages are simple and clean, they offer a compelling headline, testimonials and, if possible, even a timer that shows people how long they can claim the product and the bonus that must come with it.
Notice the strategy here: compelling, testimonials,timer and most importantly a bonus.
Affiliates' List Building
Recall,what the savvy marketers/affiliates do is give away a valuable product first in exchange for their email address.
In order for affiliates to build their list, they'll need to create an optin page ahead of the vendor's sales page.
So it'll be a landing page with a valuable giveaway, get an email address in exchage for a "bonus", then send the enquirer to the vendor's sales page.
Keep in mind, If you advertise your affiliate link only, you'll be building the email list of the vendor.
Once you've chosen a product with a proven sales page and conversion rate, you need to get as much high-quality targeted traffic to the offer as possible.
You can do this directly by advertising your affiliate link with PPC (pay-per-click), Classified ads, and Banner ads and paid advertising.
Paid advertising can deliver clicks (best), like in PPC and Solo Ads. Recall, most solo ad vendors don't allow sales pages,they what landing pages only.
PPC is the most targeted and the most expensive, for sales pages probably the most effective.

Keep in mind, an objective blog gives information, adds value, and integrates SEO. That means you'll need to enter the requisite number and space keywords according to SEO rules.
For sales pages and product offerings a WordPress blog is often the most highly recommended blog site.
This is because it comes with many free plug-ins, that'll allow you to be more visible to the search engines.
Writing a value add blog post regarding an important-new- digital product offering is the "organic" (free) way to drive traffic to a sales page.
I use the term "free" loosely, as it takes time and effort to write a value-add blog post.
Also, because time is very limited on new digital product offerings, you may still wind up buying traffic to your blog post.
Keyword research is an important part of any kind of affiliate marketing blog post or PPC advertising.
After you've chosen the product or service that you want to promote, then choose the keywords that you are going to use to get traffic to your link or to your website or blog.
Recall,you want to choose less competitive keywords.
Go to the free Google Ads Keyword Research Tool, and type in the general term that describes your product's niche.
You know about Google Ads,sign up for a Google Ads account first.
This tool will provide you with all the related search terms that people are actually using when they go to their browser and do searches.
Go to the wrench pulldown and the under "planning" click "keyword planning"
